It does subtract. It restricts play style. It restricts Prefered load outs. It restrict gow you play the damn game. What argument is there for them being a part of infusion?

It does none of this, I play how I want when I want. I don’t pick up core bounties and don’t purchase from spider and still retain many. What you don’t understand is your questions and self answers are irrelevant, they are not going away. None of your entitled cries are being heard.

So you don't pick them up from bounties or spider. Meaning you reliance on them is Purley RNG (unless you get the clan amount?) but if not... Then it is soley RNG. Meaning, basically you get lucky. Luck is not universal. (another flaw of this game is its terrible RNG) So yeah... The above points about how restrictive still stand.
