That's because you obviously played it after he was nerfed.
Before the nerf burning him was not an option

Lol lol brother, I did that the first week he was out. Lol lol these rookies trying to tell me, shit you could burn him with any high impact sniper as long as the burn matched. Lol I even killed him with 4th horseman on the first arc week.

Yeah I bet you guys cleared the whole run in 15 minutes as well. Get real burning him was not even an option first few weeks. Took a while to figure out the bubble sniper heavy machine gun run and even then it was sketchy as hell. Not even buying your burned him in 30 second BS.
