Powerful Gear is Continuously Lower Light
The "powerful gear" I have received the past couple weeks, has been 5-15 light levels lower than what I have equipped. I am confused by this, and am honestly starting to get a little frustrated as it keeps happening.
Any insights and help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have never seen this happen. That being said your items will be within 5 points of your AVERAGE light level not the level of the specific item. So if your power level is 658 and your rocket launcher for some reason is 674 and you get a heavy, it will still only be between 659-663.
