Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
For 3 weeks this message arrives with me. And every day. I do not know what I did, but my internet works perfectly. Can you please fix this problem with my account, otherwise I can not play or communicate properly with my clan.
I would be very thankful for this, as this message disturbs my gaming experience in Destiny 2.

The servers and your account are fine, there is something wonky with your connection that is not allowing you to connect.
Make sure your game is fully up to date first of all.
Clear the cache on your console, router and modem by powering them all down - then unplug all of them from their respective power outlets. Leave them unplugged from power for >3 minutes (5 if you can). Then plug your modem in, allow it to sync (~2 minutes). Plug your router in, allow it to sync (~2 minutes). Plug in and power up your PS4, boot to the desktop ... go to SETTINGS - > NETWORK - > NETWORK DIAGNOSTIC TEST ... run the test and please make note of what it says. Boot up Destiny 2 and see if you are able to play.
If you are able to play, huzzah fixed. If not come back here and post what results you got from your network test along with who is your provider, where you are located, what is the setup of your network (wired/wireless/powerline) and what are the makes/models of your router and modem.
