Atleast in destiny 1 if you made it to your heavy box. every one got heavy. In this system there is always someone trying steal the heavy its a diasater. Or you could make a huge play and shut down the enemies heavy. It was a far better system. In d1 one we had ghorn. which could track you from one side of the map to the other.

I’d actually prefer to see less heavy. Just two spawns the entire game. On top of this, I’d like to see super cool down take longer so no one can get more than 3 ever. Everyone gets 1 and if your slaying/doing well you hit 2. I want to embrace the pier fantasy but I think the majority of engagements should be primary/secondary weapons as well as grenades and melees. Dying to heavy and supers repeatedly can get tiresome.

So what you are saying is instead of 1 wardcliff coil running around with 2 shots you want 6 wardcliff coils running around with 12 shots 🤔
-
Instead of that, perhaps have a heavy spawn on both sides where one of each team can get it? Feel like that would shake some shit.

Nah, heavy is already an issue. I’d rather not have to deal with an entire team running colony.
-
Nah, then jackasses wouldn't be able to shoulder charge you off of the heavy spawn that one time you actually try to grab it the entire match, and then go shoot their colony shots off into the wide open to watch them all get jumped over. Bungie has far too much faith in the maturity of the players, or they just watch and giggle. I'm not sure which.

There being singular heavy drops creates points of contention. It forces players to battle over that space temporarily. I've seen minute long skirmishes last over the heavy and it creates a high point in the gameplay. Only one player getting the heavy creates a high value target that the opposing team may rally around defeating and it becomes a victory to kill them. If everyone got the heavy then one team would simply dominate the team that missed it. If you make it like D1 where both teams get their own heavies, then it just becomes Rocket Round and the heavy loses its significance. While it does cause some toxic behavior and promotes confrontation between teammates (primarily randoms) this system is ultimately better and more exciting in terms of gameplay.

You make some valid points gumballcanon and i agree that eververse must be removed from this game but, Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold

Idk. Mixed about this. D1, whatever team would grab heavy first could potentially win and it came pretty often. Whole team of jolders hammer was fun but not when it’s the other team 😂 I don’t mind the way it is right now but that’s just me

Same for special ammo. No more dropping from killing guardians. Make it so that everybody starts with a base amount of special ammo. If you die you just keep what you had and you can only increase that amount by looting special ammo crates.

Reclaimerにより編集済み: 5/24/2019 10:55:30 AMNice. But here’s a revision to that idea: let’s not do that. That’s a much better idea. Play Gambit if you want an entire game mode influenced by heavies. Let’s put a tack in that idea of yours for now. Or a railroad spike. Those are much sturdier. In fact, let’s just take the board that idea is on and burn it.

For everyone complaining this would be a bad idea because of wardcliff how about we nerf that stupid exotic(in pvp) already. It's ridiculous every little rocket kills you. I say atleast three have to hit you in order to kill a guardian. I mean you shot like 10+ all over the place.
