Bungie support needed

Okay so i have been trying to reach out to bungie for 2 weeks now. PvP activities are restricted and i would like to know why. I know connection issues is something everyone is mentioning, but wouldnt a 24hr suspension follow 1st? This is the 1st time its happened to me and i have been locked out of my favourite part of the game, and no one will tell me why. As a consumer, and paying customer i feel i have the right to the info i am requesting.. How long am i suspended for? Am i even suspended or am i banned? What did i do? And my biggest issue, how can a company as large as bungie not have an active support system? This is a joke or am i the only one feeling this way?
