fixing connection so I don't get another temp PvP ban

about 2 months ago I got a two week PvP ban this morning I received a two month ban. I called spectrum they swapped my modem checked some stuff and told me I should be good to go. after the two week ban I played a ton of rumble and a decent amount of comp enough to hit fabled and gain about 7k valor to hit my 5th reset. However, I hadn't played any of the PvP activities with 12 players, where i had previously been experiencing connection issues that were noticable on my end. This weekend I jumped into quickplay for the first time since my last ban to work on this weeks invitation. I had a low connection bar through the entire game and recieved an error code bee part way through but was able to reconnect and finish the game. This is the only error code or disconnect I had experienced since my last ban. I also did not quit out of any games prior to this. you can see the one QP game still in my recent games here https://destinytracker.com/d2/profile/xbl/a-tommy-gun01 I typically have around 30 ping to seattle according to google speed test and around 30-35 ping according to my xbox. I ran a continuous ping to google this morning with no packet loss and an average time of 26 ms. Everything I look at, that I am aware of, tells me I shouldn't be having any connection issues. I'm not sure what to do next. I've tried swapping out my ethernet cables connecting my router to the modem and the xbox to the router, I've tried two different routers and I've called my ISP to see if they can fix it. I'm really not sure what else to try. I really want to get this sorted because I don't want another ban. Is there any way to see if my connection is good enough without simply getting banned again?
