I recently read that a fix was implemented on May 8th for players who fell victim to the Jubilant Engram knockout bug. I believe I am one of those players, yet I never recieved any Jubilant Engrams from the Eververse as the post said I would. I missed out on one Vernal Growth armor piece on each of my characters, so three in total. I even spent actual money on silver to try and earn these pieces, to no avail. I do not know the total number of Jubilant Engrams I opened, but if I had to guess, I'd say it was around 20-25 per character over the course of the Revelry. I hope that there is a solution to this so that I can complete my armor sets that I unfairly missed out on.
