Outbreak. At first I thought it was op when I got that weapon until today, I was wrong! It’s the first weapon which is good in everything in PvP, PvE, Gambit. It’s not just that. It melts Bosses destroys other players, shreds small fries, has the perk outlaw and it has the range of a scout! It‘s like a new kind of weapon. If I look at the good things from this weapon it feels like op, but I don’t think that’s the case. The most effected game mod in Destiny2 by this weapon is Gambit since it has the PvP and the PvE side with a Boss! It’s name is not Outbreak [spoiler]...It’s Outbreak [b]Perfected[/b]![/spoiler]
