What’s the point in crucible pinnacle weapons if the casuals who can’t even go neutral in pvp get killed by it then start ranting about how the gun is the reason for their lack of skill? Nf should not have been touched. Why nerf a gun that only hardcore players can get? You’ll run into it not so often. Casuals need to realize no matter what people use they’re still going to get farmed. Causal players will continue to be horrible at the game and complain when they die so all you’re doing is pissing off the remaining sweats. Catering to causals will be the death of this game.

6 通の返信Actually, it's the people who take the game way too seriously that will be the death of this game. It's a basic alien shooter with butchered RPG elements and a decent little PvP attached to it, it's not some high intensity tourney game that warrants the term "sweats" being thrown around. Both casuals and hardcore players complain about the same things, but for some reason both sides always ignore that fact.

I agree with you 100%. Here’s the thing, though. This game has a lot of bad pvp players... and I do mean a lot. There are way more bad players than good players. Bad pvp players can never admit they’re bad, so what do you think they’re going to do? They’re gonna blame the weapons, subclasses, and bungie... just never themselves for having no thumbs and potato aim.

5 通の返信I know this is gonna get a lot of hate but gotta say it. Hardcores are also part of the problem. They seem to hate the idea of a skill based matchmaking because they dont want to only fight other hardcore players and want to use these guns against the casuals and no skill players. Now as for the use any gun and still slaughter the casuals part, why aren't they using anything other than NF? This goes to the second part of it all in that theres also the numbers and bungie usually seems to hate when the majority use a single gun all the time. Now that I've said the bit of stuff that will get hate let's go onto some more factual items. Hardcore audiences will keep going in a game long after a company usually stops updating it or making new content but the game in the end will still be dying on life support basically. To actually keep a game alive you need new blood and more people buying the game, the doc, and merchandise to keep making the company money over time. The game needs both casual and hardcore in a certain balance. Instead we have both sides in this game basically wanting to be at war with each other creating a bad environment for the game to grow.

6 通の返信Memo from Bungie Finance Dept: We appreciate you purchasing our game and we value your opinion. But, in the real world money talks. If we can sell to 20mil people and 50,000 of you are unhappy...guess what..our bank account increases. You quit and we release another DLC, our bank account increases. We have other projects to fund and almost 750 employees. One day in life you will learn two things: 1) the majority mostly wins 2) the one with the most money always wins. Thank you for your time.

I dont complain about guns or things i have no intrest in. I took the stance a long time ago i dont enjoy it so i just dont waste my time playing it. The crucible hasnt been fun in destiny 2 so only when forced to play it do i touch it.

15 通の返信Casuals are the only ones keeping this game alive. Without them, destiny population would be like 1500.

Because they bring in millions of dollars that fund and continue the growth of the game. I mean, bungie had to give out pvp maps for free.. that’s not for casuals. They gave the last word ornament out for free while all other pve related special ornaments have a price tag. I mean, call me crazy... but the legend himself are no casuals.. where did they go? Tons of pvp sherpas are gone.. was it because casuals? You know, the scrubs that would wait hours for a chance to play with them of which gave many careers for just playing video games? The guns ruined the balance AND the division of skill. The only skill set you needed running the Luna/not forgotten was what the other player was shooting and your health. Regardless what you think... only having 200k players daily across 3 platforms is not going to continue to give you a game.

Casual players make up the largest portion by far. By catering to the smallest portion of the audience Bungie has already lost 90% of people who started playing the game. It’s been 14-15million possible players and less than a million daily players since the Annual Pass started.

1 返信I misspoke. Pve cause the death of weapons they have trouble with and pvp players are the death of weapons they have trouble with

3 通の返信I find it interesting that you fail to mention every single weapon nerfed and ruined due to PvP player crying every time they die “unfairly”

1 返信If you are a good pvp player you would be VERY happy nf and luna are getting nerfed . The meta has been so boring in comp .

8 通の返信
Why nerf a gun that only hardcore players can get?
Imo, a better question is why give hardcore players a weapon that shits on every other primary on almost every situation? Giving the top tier players a top tier weapon that breaks the so-called meta was a horrible idea to begin with. Again, imo.
