I once gave positive feedback...

Yes, we are being heard! This change is positive!

Sort of. I think Bungie needs to become more aware

2

No. Bungie has ignored feedback again...

...I once gave positive feedback and thanked the community managers (Cozmo & DMG_04) for their responses to the enhancement core problem. I thought their responses in the forums finally gave the feeling that we're actually being heard...and now it doesn't. The "TWAB" proved we're not being heard enough. Making the bounties more readily available doesn't change the fact that the fix is STILL a few months away. Why? Take a risk and release a hotfix to drop the bounties alongside the spider bounties. Giving an update to be play tested by the players to see their reaction in regards to the new system rather than waiting two-three months to deploy it. And if it doesn't work? Remove it, fix it up, dish it back out? Nothing would please players more than to try a feature, give feedback of how it's not/working, and see something being done to change it. This change, doesn't, and will not fix the problem. While yes, you slightly reduce the time it takes to acquire a single core, it's still a single core. From a bounty, that still requires materials. Yes, you are making Banshee-44 relevant again, however, that's still only going to be a few cores a week? And if it's on a daily reset? That's more time players will have to grind out the same old content instead of trying to play the new stuff, once more falling into the same repetitive loot of grinding the same stuff out over and over and over again. I know people compare Destiny and Warframe all the time, but I'm not comparing the game. I'm comparing the quality of life in a Live Service, MMO-Lite style, game. Digital Extreames is an amazing company, I hold them to the same standards I hold Bungie as one of my favorite developers. They release pages and pages of patch notes on a near weekly basis of minor tweaks and bug fixes. New features are constantly added/removed/fixed. And guess what? They're an independent developer. I know, I know, I understand Bungie is still laying out the groundwork and paperwork for them to retain the Destiny IP from Activision, these processes take time. Bungie, you're an independent developer again. Please, please, please step up to the plate, and take the swing. If you miss, then you just do. "You'll miss 100% of the shots you don't take." What do the rest of you guys think, do you think you're being heard?

 • Definitely feels like feedback regarding Enhancement Cores is falling on deaf ears. The easy fix, that would make Enhancement Cores more available, is to have them be rewards for completing regular game activities. Example: Public Event - 1 EC Adventure - 1 EC Story Mission - 1 EC Crucible Match - 1 EC Gambit Match 1-2 EC (winner gets 2) Gambit Prime 1-2 EC (winner gets 2) Heroic Adventure - 2 EC Heroic Story Mission - 2 EC Strike - 2-3 EC Nightfall - 2-4 EC (based on score) Reckoning - 1-6 EC (based on tier & time) Raid - 2-10 (2 per checkpoint) Prestige Raid 3-15 (3 per checkpoint) This way players can earn the Enhancement Cores they need while doing regular activities. I shouldn’t spend 2-3 hours playing a Raid, get Powerful Gear drops but not have Enhancement Cores to use the new gear the way I want. I mean, a person could spend 20 hours doing End Game activities and not get a single Enhancement Core (because of RNG). That is just wrong.
