U need to make a skill based match making where if a person has reached a certain rank in a season those are the people u play only , if uve never reachesd fabled U shouldn’t be playing against anyone who has or higher , once U have reached fabled ur only playing against people who’ve reached fabled and up but for those who have reached legend there not aloud to play against anyone but people who have reached legend period , so u can grow with the rank instead of just getting destroyed

You shouldn't be penalized for achieving a higher rank, which is what your solution would do. Instead there should be floors on rating when the season resets. So if you were 3000 or above in the previous season then you start the season at 2100 or something like that.

U prefer having to play against players who are well bellow ur skill lvl bec as of right now the casual player base is who there trying to fix it for not for people who have no problems getting teams that require a high kd , right now picking up people playing as a team when ur all bellow average is the same as playing solo and people who are 1.5 kd and up are constantly getting matched with players who could never beat them , most players who have a 1.5 kd reach legend while people who are 1.0 and bellow have to hope to get a win regardless if there on a team or not , the way the points are setup right now average players lose more then they gain over all sense they lose more then they win , the only people benefiting from the new change the most is top tier players especially people who carry or recov so sectioning off the skill levels make more sense and have the bottom tier be fabled and top tier be legend while having mid tier in between the 2
