Just curious, why there is no scoped HC yet in this game? I mean like a rhino hunting hand cannon, with maximum range and impact, but low RPM, reload, handling, stability and hip-fire accuracy. It could be a kinetic exotic with the "Big Hunt" perk, which marks the target you aiming at, and gives you shield penetration bonus, or do additional damage against shielded targets and bosses, or something like that. And, by the way, I'm not really a big fan of HC, I think there is more than enough of them right now, but maybe in D3?
