Personally, as a mostly solo comp person I dislike the double points on losses. Course, it'll be fine for the wins, but if I don't have a decent team going in. It will be almost harder to obtain.
Just my two cents from a below average player.

Maybe the idea is that win streaks will reward double points, but loss streaks won't be a thing, so if you can get even a small streak going, you'll gain points way faster than before? Not sure. They could have explained this a little more clearly.

They could have explained this a little more clearly.[/quote] Let me give you an example: In last season I was disconnected at the end of the lost match - 30 points taken because of the lose - and what is hilarious another 30 because of dissconnected before the end result. Think about that situation during this season - where lovely bungie Doubled lose points. I'll lose 120 glory points total, lose streak if i had and if I win next match I'll receve only 68 points (because wins are doubled). I leave the math to you. Is this still inviting new people to this game? Where right now there is a showdown of notforgottens, lunas and moutintops?

You clearly didnt understand. I was in the full time of match (no 3 vs 4 situation happend for my team) - I saw the loading of the result table and then BAM - dissconnected Error and message from Shaxx about leaving the game. Where is justice? Situation was hillarious.
