Allo Jimmy, The diamond and bar next to it is indeed your super ability. The 3 squares below going from left most to right are grenade, melee and class ability. So when the melee box is full it means you'll do the full effect of your melee ability but when not full you'll just hit your enemy with no extra damage or effect. This is different to the class ability in which in needs to be fully charged to work. As for the bar at the top, once you reach max level you still get to level up but instead of a level up you're instead given a season engram which you turn in at the tower or farm at the Eveverse vendor.
