The Last Word Quest Line
What in the actual f@#$???? I seriously feel like bungie is giving it's players a big FAT middle finger!! Especially those of us that don't play PvP every single minute of our existence!!!!
I can understand the getting kills on other guardians in the crucible, but also making it to where if YOU die, you get set back in progress??? Does bungie even realize that NO ONE that ISN'T a hardcore die hard PvP sweat is going to be getting the Last Word BECAUSE OF the second quest step????????
Take out the part of you dying in the crucible sets you back!!! Cause it's seriously F@#$ING bullsh&%!!!
I've already given up trying to complete that damn quest. I wonder how much of the community has given up on it as well.
I sure as HELL hope that they don't pull this same bullsh$% with the Thorn.

1 返信Lmao that step took me two games to get done running by myself. How are you that bad at PvP?If you claim to be a PvE sweat, then the aim should carry over and you should be able to grind it out. Literally just sit in the back and lane with a pulse rifle, a playstyle I myself hate and do not use but it is one that works with this meta. All you gotta do is get a .5 kd bro...not to mention TLW is basically a PvP weapon 99% of the time, so why bother getting it if you’re not a PvP fan?

1 返信Yall replying make it sound way easier than it is, its frustrating finally getting to 46% but then getting pushed down to 21% after you've been trying for 3+ hours getting .8 and higher but even at .8 you're losing progression. they should at least make it to where average players can get it even if it takes longer but at this rate im never going to get this and I paid for this content?

Dude, do you really feel like only people that are diehard pvp players will be able to get? OR Are you mad that it will take more than 3 games to get it done? Because you can get it done with a 0.6 kd/a. Assists even count. A ZERO POINT SIX RATIO. That is nothing, just suck it up and play slower. Stop rushing down firing lanes with multiple people already ads thinking you can close the gap of 300 feet running into oncoming fire. You can't. Hang back and team shot. Learn to play, don't just try a couple games using the same trash strategy over and over then start crying. Adapt. Ps if you hate pvp this much. You don't want a kinetic hand cannon with 8 rounds and no kill clip firefly outlaw healing or any pve perks that takes up your exotic slot. There are blues that are better pve. If you think having tlw will make you a good pvp player, you're wrong. If you can't even fathom how to hold a .6 kda, no gun will help you. So learn to play, and enjoy the gun where it's meant to be used. Or move along. Whining does nothing. Oh wait, this just in. Bungee has reconsidered. Tlw is waiting for you in the post master. Go ahead and throw it on and hate pvp still. Is that what you were hoping for?

I think people who complain about the quest knows it's a good pvp weapon, but are potatoes at pvp want it to be a pve only quest so they can use it to play better at pvp. News flash it's not going to do that for you. If you can't keep a positive k/d to get it, you won't have one after getting it. It's a good gun, but if you cant hit headshots with it, or know when to use it then it will be useless to you. There are way better guns than TLW for pvp, which are easily obtained through pve content. Use them make better decisions in your engagements, and you will have that step done in 2-3 matches.

1 返信Let me start by saying that by no means am i a great player when it comes to PvP. And in all honesty I'm a good player but definitely not even close to the best. I am not an influencer nor do I make tons of videos. And a lot of the quests take me extra time. However with the changes that Bungie is made to the game not only in The Crucible but also with the hunter being the most overpowered class in the game frankly, the last word is now starting to become unattainable for middle-of-the-road players. With the buffing of the supers for not only the hunter but also warlocks if you play Titan good luck. Now maybe there's others out there that are amazing at their Titans. And I know that I'm not one of them. However I like everybody else like to follow through on the quest to get the special item. Yes I hold an annual pass. Yes I have spent my money. No I do not spend hours and hours a day on Destiny 2. I have a life with a job and responsibilities. I've spent many hours chasing this Quest now with The Crucible step. And when it first came out I had made almost a third of the progress in just a couple matches. Now that's just a dream. If this is the way that Bungie is deciding to go with all of their Quest, exotic, new content... then I think it's time that I explore other options. For the past year I've only played Destiny 2. No other game. Why you might ask? Because I like Destiny 2 that much. It was the only game I wanted to play. There's nothing else out there that intrigued me the way that this game did. But I think it's time that I spend my money elsewhere. And not just mention my money but my time.
