According to my emblems, I am having 265 forge ignitions in total. I have 5 Black Armory lore entries. That makes up for a drop rate of less than 2%. Not 10%, as Bungie said it was before today's patch. Something with Destiny's RNG implementation must clearly be bugged. I wonder whether the rand() function they are using gets re-seeded regularly. If the seed is e.g. time based and picked once at program start, that might result in people being very lucky or very unlucky, just depending on the time of day they usually play.
