Destiny as a service
D2 should be a service, not a game in a series. The game is all about building progress. What is the purpose of restarting from the beginning? Destiny 3 has been rumored to be already in development. Hopefully all development is halted, now that bungie is independent. All content from D3 needs to be ported to D2. Most games need to be treated like services. The only time a game series makes sense is when it's campaign driven. Destiny needs to be a service, not a series.

1 返信I look forward to fresh starts. I always find these complaints of bringing stuff over between games dumb. Ya didn’t carry stuff between borderlands 1 and 2, it’s not something I expect to happen. When designing a new game I don’t want the game style to be so similar that we can put the previous game into the next. I’ve grinded for my god rolled kindled orchid and izanagi’s burden, I’m having my fun with them until fall at least. I look forward to grinding for the next weapon in the next game.
