Corrupted Annual Pass?

I downloaded the Annual Pass for Xbox and keep getting disconnected now. The message is "You have been disconnected from the Bungie servers. Your add on (or DLC or upload, something like that) file is broken. Please uninstall and try again." I have to uninstall the pass just to play. I get the error code "boar" I believe as well. It asks me to reinstall the pass but never works. Bungie please help with this. What do I need to do to make it work? I've searched the forums but have found no similar issues. Please help me make it work or at least refund my money. Would hate to pay for something that isn't going to work right...
