I plan to get a pc for christmas, I have been playing D2 since it launched on console and I am now wondering if I could transfer my progress to pc.

No you cannot, but I will say, if you have a PC capable of running D2 smoothly and with high graphics settings, once you give it a go and learn to use a Mouse and KB, your aim will be better, your movements are more free, and you will never go back to console for most games. I have multiple consoles and the only use they get is a Netflix machine, or exclusive titles. Everything else a PC out performs consoles in every way. The thing that stops most players from going PC is price point only.

1 返信Alase you cant. I struggle with a similar issue. Have had a capable pc for about 6 months but cant justify restarting. Would gladly rebuy the game but as we continue into year 2 there more and more reason to stay on console. The longer we wait the harder it will be to restart

2 通の返信You can't. But unless you are EMOTIONALLY attached to your characters, I'd make the switch. I have both the PS (Pro) version and the PC version of the game, and let me tell you. The ONLY reason why I haven't moved over to PC full-time is because all the people that I like to play with are on PS. If they ever decided to quit the game----and I'm only down to handful of them left----I'll probably switch. The PC version of the game----if you've got a solid gaming rig---is absolutely gorgeous. It almost feels like you're playing a different game. It also plays **flawlessly** with an Xbox controller (wired) if you don't feel like learning to use a mouse.

3 通の返信You can't but pc is what this game was destined to be. Ignore the trolls below.. Pc players are great. You'll find all the moany pricks on this forum usually have ps or xb accounts. Join a clan....and you'll see what I mean. wrath incarnate are good.

1 返信You can not transfer. I am currently playing on unlocked 200+ fps with G sync and it is amaizing good. The players are GREAT. Don't listen to the haters. There is this discord where you can join and when you need to do something just go in the coresponding voice chat and it will fill up shortly with people who eighter need to do it or are helping others. It's so easy to do raids, trials, to get thropies and everything on PC than on console. You meet great people. Rarely some people who need one person for raid will require for that person to know what he is doing but if you join an empty voice chat and it fills up with people who will help you or are clueless like you so its fun guaranteed. My suggestion is - get at least a 6gb vram video card :) you can thank me later.

1 返信Nope you can't. Will be a waste of time and money. And you gotta level from 1 again

Made the switch to PC when Destiny 2 came out and haven't looked back! My PS4 Pro is just collecting dust now... Seriously, there is no comparison between console and PC when it comes to performance, game play, and graphics.

10 通の返信No you can't sadly. Few things to keep in mind: -Majority of the players are going to be some of the worst assholes you've ever met -You're at a disadvantage if you're not running a Titan -Don't even bother with anything that's not a pulse or hand cannon in PvP -Don't even think about controlling recoil, it doesn't exist These are but a few reasons of why I prefer console and my cousin who plays PC hardcore reaffirmed all of this for me. I even played and experienced it myself when I was in Nevada for Thanksgiving and he brought his really good laptop. People being toxic in patrol, sending hate mail for using a bow, etc. Because of this he doesn't run with a fireteam ever since he can't find a good one. He's been playing solo for literally everything. Only reason he even plays D2 on PC is because the last console he had was a 360. It's sad, I advise you to stay on console buddy.

20 通の返信My son has both pc and ps4. Prefers os4, nicer players too many trash talkers on pc. My thoughts are simple. After a day on pc I don't want to play on them as well

11 通の返信MISTER TORGUEにより編集済み: 12/3/2018 10:40:38 PMNope. But, playing on PC is so much better in every way. You honestly won’t mind grinding again, especially once you get back up to speed. There is literally no downsides on for playing on PC over console. nothing but upgrades. Unless you are leaving friends behind there is also way less trash players on PC

2 通の返信D2 looks incredible on PC! It's a shame my PC is only entry level for office stuff otherwise I'd be there with ya

5 通の返信No, and seriously, who the hell is the asshat that would down vote this thread for a simple question?
