So i had Nascent Dawn quest incompleted since before Forsaken. I think even before it was updated with yellow icon. I sat at "Complete Psionic Potential (Heroic)" quest step, but now when i go to the flat to start this activity, it starts random heroic story mission, and even when i get the one i should have, it does not progress the quest. Can someone help me with this? Can I just delete the quest and start it anew with hope of this fixing itself?
