I've noticed the Charge Time Masterwork that comes with Forsaken Fusions is also ill-defined. It makes you think you're gaining a reduction in Charge Time without the Impact reduction penalty that comes with Accelerated Coils, when the opposite is true.
Running Liquid Coils with that masterwork cancel eachother out.
Yeah, it's basically Accelerated Coils on a masterwork slot. It's completely useless if you combine it with Liquid Coils, and pairing it with AC will cut your impact even further although reducing your charge time by 80ms.
I only see it being useful if you're using it on a Fusion with a lot of range and a slow charge time.
Tbh I wish I had rolled it on my Erentil FR4. It has Rangefinder, Under Pressure, and Projection Fuse but dropped with the worst masterwork ever (Reload Speed).
