Sleeper bullets maybe have to much radius.
Why is it still possible to die to sleeper even when the bullet/laser missed me obviously on my screen? It was no bounce off or something like that. He just missed me and my guardian and I died to his sleeper.

There is no need to wonder. Net code is so bad that we are never quite sure whether both players see each other at exactly the same time. Hence dying around corner. I’d suggest watching YT channel battle(non)sense where he provide analysis of most games with very striking examples.
