Why is it that the helmet toggle options exist, but they don't include the option to toggle your headgear off in combat? I think that a much better sense of immersion can be achieved with player to player interaction, simply by having the ability to see who your talking to. Then if you choose to have your helmet on, there's a bigger sense of mystique around the character you're interacting with.
