I didn't know that when you got to legend you could only rank up further by winning. So now I'm sitting at legend during the 3x weekend trying to just get to rest

I didn't know that. Fortunately I got two wins in a row and jumped like 1000 points in rank. Plus bounties award a lot, too. I think I started today with 13110 and am now at 14670 with 2 wins, 4 daily bounties, and 2 weekly bounties. So 1500 points. Sure the wins were lucky but it's definitely worth doing 3 matches a day. Odds are you'll get a win and one is worth 450. So even if you only get 4 wins with weekend you're still 2/3s the way to ranking up. Plus the bounties will give you another 100 or so a day.
