Alright, so pretty much I’m gonna sum it up as all my characters on destiny were deleted. My Gamertag is Limo if you want to check my destiny tracker. Alright, this is a long post and a true one unfortunately so here it goes, get some popcorn and listen to how my account got hacked. So the other day, on 10/25 (now the 27th) I found my account was hacked. At first the only thing that I noticed was that I was communication banned and whoever was on my account was sending inappropriate messages. At first I thought this was my friend so we stopped gamesharing. This is important because that loss of gameshare is what deprived me of Bo4. After I had no bo4, I decided to hop back on destiny 2. The last time I played D2 at the time was about a week before then, and I was a 592 hunter with Luna’s. Anyways I logged on to play some D2 and found I had no characters but a light 100 warlock (you need at least one character so he made this fresh one so he could delete all 3 existing ones.) All of my characters were level 50. I had a 592 Hunter, 577 Warlock, and 575 Titan. All gone. Nothing. The hacker I know did his because when I looked at the messages he sent (which was to a random person btw) the person was playing Destiny 2. Idk why he messaged this person, and I kept inviting that person to the party, but he won’t join. The guy that the hacker messaged has is TheCaveWookie (Xbox) so if you get him to join your party, don’t harass him just ask if he breached someone’s account, my gamertags Limo btw. I’m just stunned because at first I thought they simply got me communication banned for 14 days when in reality they deleted my characters that I had since D1 when I transferred them over. Bungie, if there is any way possible to get just one of my characters back, please help me. I’ve played since release of D1, I even preordered it, and now it’s all lost and I don’t have motivation to continue playing. I don’t know what motivation this hacker had but if anyone knows please help. I don’t want my favorite game to come to an end. As much as I love the game I’m not starting fresh and playing through the entire D2 campaigns and getting all of my stuff back. Thanks for reading this bible long post, thank you, Limo.
