Horror Story for base game is not acquired at 300
If you have any expansion the weapon can be acquired at max power for the expansion. But for base game it only seems to give a +6 in Power.
Please do not treat base game players like 2nd class citizens. They did make D2 a success after all even if they did not update to the DLC out of whatever reason.
If this is an honest mistake then it's understandable but please make it so the weapon drops at Power 300.

Please adjust your post from #help to #feedback . That being said, you can infuse it up to a higher level if you so choose, can you not? As a side note, people that don't buy the DLC aren't contributing to the continuation of Destiny 2's well being; Destiny 2 is a live game and things get added, updated, fixed, and improved over time. You helped to make Destiny 2 a success from the start, but you're not helping to keep it going.
