I mean Bungie hasn't made any themed weapons for events in which people have actually died, so I don't see why they'd make any for Florida just cause they lost power for a week and a half

What I'm saying is the early concept for Jade rabbit was fate of all fouls. They didn't hire an entire design team to create that gun as soon as they heard about him, they just gave him, and only him, the model of what would later be made into jade rabbit. It was given to him but it wasn't made for him
