I’m having trouble getting game chat to work when I’m gaming with my friends. (One of them has a bad connection so he can’t use party chat for more than two people.) Here’s the problem: I am in an Xbox Live party and my friends and I switch to game chat, but the option to join Destiny 2’s Fireteam Chat chat doesn’t appear. I pull up my ghost and the Fireteam Chat option doesn’t show up when I am in a fireteam with my friends on Patrol. It also doesn’t have the visual display of me speaking when I speak. I’m assuming this is because I’m not in the proper chat. Could this be because my friend’s Emblem says in red that he has no chat due to NAT issues? That’s on his end, isn’t it? If so, it shouldn’t affect me entering Fireteam Chat, right?
