Got the first four prophecy tablets completed, yet I cannot proceed further, guides say there should be a quest brother Vance gives you, yet I haven't received one. Is it bugged? PC Seen another post in July 2018, of two other players having the same issue, seems like the mission required to progress further is not there. help pls
