Nothing dropping from weapon/Armour dismantling?
Not sure if this is just me but I've been noticing that every third or so armour/weapon dismantle isn't giving me anything? Is this happening to anyone else? Its starting to get ridiculous as I've been screwed over by this glitch every couple of dismantles.
