Took me 2 years and a legendary engram from POE to get the gally. Of course they nerfed it a week later.
Think I had about 2000 hours in the game at that time to.

The same happened to my husband. Day 1 player, finally gets the gally one week before the nerf. He want on a gally spree the whole week. 😂 I felt bad he never got to experience the full power through most of his gameplay.

Thorne was my biggest triumph, letdown of Destiny 1. Hadn't gamed in 20 years, came back to online, pvp, 4k, just a different gaming experience. Took forever to get the Thorne bounty done and actually took multiple attempts only quitting in frustration many a times. Still mad at the pvp crowd, Bungie for nerfing everything in D1.
