Why is that a crucible quest has no pve but any pve quests always involves damn crucible it is bs

It’s a legendary weapon that was previously a comp reward. I don’t think there’s been any exotic is this particular situation. Also now that I think about it, both chaperone and first curse required both pve and pvp while both were pvp weapons.
