I'm not good enough to get the Claymore, which is no big problem for me. It'll be nice to have a chance at this one, as it's merely a time grind.
I see a lot of people are unhappy that we can all get it now. Awww bless well aren't you snowflakes melting, you won't be all precious and exclusive...

I have deduced that if you play at least a thousand games and you do well and complete all steps during that time, if every single game was a loss you will have your 5 resets. And each game is at most 15 mins it will take at most 250 hours to complete. Of course you will get some wins and some good win streaks in there. So the average player should get it under 250 hours. Still a huge grind, but a fair grind for the weapon you receive

A thousand losses times 15 mins divided by 60 mins = 250hrs. Unsure if they'll keep the legend rank at 2k points we shall see. If the season ends the same time as season 1 did in December 05, if you play 3 hrs a day you'll get it just as the season ends.

from what I have heard Claymore is not all that to start with. and how many reskinned weapons have we had so far, Broadsword is just another to add to the pile of deletions in my vault. and I disagree - quite a few players are more than likely not going to attempt to get this weapon - I'm one of them, I no longer play PvP. Had a fellow clanmate finish off my Blue's so that I could get all purple SoH.

If you look at the steps individually, it is not that bad, each is very reasonable. The fact that 25 plays in QP, Comp, Rumble don't have to be wins make it entirely doable. the hell is going to be able to reset 5 times in a season - but if 2x or 3x points are available, those will be incredibly swettie days. I know that I'm not good at PvP, have never cared for it for over 20 years, but there are people that like the format and some that can excel at it. Being able to be matched up against other players like myself made it playable. With the recent changes, I got all worked up and bothered, it was no longer enjoyable nor fun. Yes winning is nice, but I could lose 97-100 and still have a good time. Getting beat down 23-110 is not fun nor is there anything to be learned from that kind of match. Best of Luck, oh and Scotch Eggs when done right are the bomb.
