I was wondering if firefly or dragonfly will come back to KINETIC hand cannon perk rolls. And if the explosions created will have a more noticeable impact in the sandbox (similar to D1). And yes I am aware that u can roll dragon fly on energy hand cannons in Forsaken but most players will be using snipers or shotguns as energy and energy hand cannons generally do less damage than kinetic :(
