Am I the only one who thinks it is incredibly frustrating that there is no way to contact Bungie or ask a question without posting on a forum? I've never had an in-game issue until recently, and I found it disappointing that I had to post it to a public forum. I got one answer that did not help. I also posted the question on Twitter and tagged Bungiehelp and Bungie and received zero response. Upon discovering this, I wanted to give some feedback on the matter only to discover there is no direct way to give feedback other than posting my thoughts in a forum. It just seems like a lazy way of helping people, by letting others answer questions who are not employed by Bungie. I know they answer some questions, but most go unanswered. Giving feedback should not be a forum post.
