Is it worth it now to get Star Wars Battlefront 2 (2017)? Or should I spend money on something else?
Honest question.
I’ve been looking up Star Wars stuff (mainly out of boredom) and I saw that EA finally made changes to the game. At least I think so.
Is it fun and worth the money to actually get the game?
Or should I wait to buy another game, like D2 Forsaken?
Thoughts? Any help from #Gaming would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

1 返信Hell the -blam!-ing shit no it is not worth the money. If the game were -blam!-ing free it still wouldn't be worth it. Absolutely no support for the game, and the last major update was so -blam!-ed they had to remove a -blam!-ing hero. Have yet to add a single new hero to the game, it they -blam!-ed shit up so bad they had to remove one. Lied to everyone's face at E3 promising a clone wars dlc for fall, the like a week later dropped the road map which confirmed it wasn't coming until October and it would be spread out over the next 3 months. Oh and the major stuff isn't coming til December. Dont touch this piece of shit. I'm done with DICE/EA after this. Never missed a Battlefield before. I'll sure as shit be missing this one.

2 通の返信Just play the old Battlefront games. They are miles better. Even though the loot box fiasco is in the past for the game, the gameplay is still dull. I've also heard that the game has had so little amount of updates for a while and it's taken over a month to just get a hotfix. Don't give a cent to EA for the mess they made. Maybe if we all ignore all their SW games, Disney will take away the license.

2 通の返信It is actually a pretty good game. I think a lot of people who would have enjoyed the game passed on it because of the MTX/Lootbox controversies at the time. Looking at it purely from a gameplay standpoint, I would definitely recommend it, especially if you're a Star Wars fan.

5 通の返信Prepare to get stomped. The people that are upgraded will shet on you till you get on their level. Trust me I bought the loot boxes (during beta) and did it to people at launch.

I think it’s a pretty solid game tbh. Nothing really special, but it’s certainly not bad. Just a decent multiplayer shooter. If you’re a Star Wars fan, Is definitely recommend it. Especially with the Clone Wars stuff they’re going to add.
