Hi Bungie! I am a huge fan of Destiny. I've been playing since Destiny 1 beta started. Despite various mistakes, I consider Destiny to be one of the most important games for me in this generation. After the premiere D2 there was a wave of criticism, which I disagreed with. I did not like everything, but I did not see the need to write critical posts here too. But yesterday's situation prompted me to write this post. Yesterday, after many tries, my wife finally managed to finish the escalation protocol. She was happy like a child. But the moment when she came to the chest and discovered that despite the time it took to gather the right number of people to finish this event, she can not open the chest without a Decrypted Cache Keys, took her all the joy away. When I looked at her face, I saw how all of the joy is flying away somewhere. All the effort and time put into completing the event was wasted, and the time that should have been the moment of triumph turned out to be a time of failure. I also work in the gaming industry, and understand that you wanted to give the players reason to grind, but not in this way. If you end a difficult challenge, and finally you will not get anything from it, it's not cool. Especially since there is no information in the game that you will need a key at the end, which turned out you have to grind. It is a similar situation to finish a raid, and learn at the very end that no rewards will be obtained without a key. You are leaving with nothing. At the end, I hope that despite such mistakes, you will improve Destiny better and better, and that you will avoid bad ideas such like this. I am very excited about the Forsaken DLC. You do a great job; you've created an amazing universe, that has fascinated many people in the world, including me. Do not listen to hate, just listen to the constructive criticism!
