Simple RNG change to how the health drops: when max health you don't drop as much and when critical health you have a higher chance of dropping them. It pains me to see 10 enemies killed and 8 health globes drop while I am at full health; when I am critically wounded I can kill 5-8 enemies with 1 grenade and no health globes will drop. On the plus side it does force me to use exotics and sub-classes I do not use often (anything that causes health to come back) and anything that can give me a temporary overshield. If these health globes gave players a few seconds of invulnerability it could really shake the game play up and make the modifier a high risk high reward opportunity.
