Simple crucible feedback

I don't frequent the D2 crucible area that much, but I recently had a string of good matches and bad ones with an absolute crap ton of frustrations that the rewards for crucible just became meaningless dismantles. Firstly, recently bought a PS4 so I am releveling my titan subclasses first. Warlock and Hunter will now not be in crucible at all because of this: - After watching multiple deaths at the hands of graviton lance (using it myself) and teammates not paying attention to corner crouchers? You might as well call this 'let me lose one for my team'. Coordination and lack thereof, not ka/d is what works and what you must track. If they are consistently dying? I don't want them as teammates. Likewise, if teammates are going rambo and trying to kill everything? I don't want them either. No backpacking for either groups of people. If it is not a 100% complete match up? Someone can and will quit which is the opposite if you dunderheads would go watch any sport. As of right now? I can point to five major "professions" which fail to understand it's population base nog because of some bigger sense of polling... oh no... it's just plain and simple logic at this point that any teammate which recklessly and needlessly puts their own stupidity at the foremost because of "fun" in "competitive" might as well be banned permanently until they can prove they deserve to be in competitive to begin with. Btw, congrats on being one of those who fail to keep stupid out of your own creation. Intelligence is at an all-time low and I am now being penalized for losses due to my teammate's stupidity and being outflanked even when I am supporting or maintaining their flank AND the objective? Wonder where I've this system before... oh wait. Halo 3, and Halo: Reach. Well, guess what your next system is? You will now count glory, and valor based on individual scores. Yep. Let's simply rewind the clock, on a different game, and make this short and simple. I will NOT be penalized for a teammate moving up to not kill a thing and surrender the capture zone, in overtime. Oh yeah, I wish the game would let me boot that individual in a heartbeat. Reason: Kid ran away from obective zone, to grab rockets, and didn't make it back in time and lost another round because he LET the warlock shoot him while he stood still. Not firing at all. Guess his mom was saying something to him, but yeah, I get penalized all the same. Secondly, teammate quitting. I quit one match 4-0. After a match has been deemed a loss? Guess what? No quit penalty. If I am thrashing another team on clash? They aren't coming back and clearly, you need to respect their time to find another match. You make matches too long as it is currently and after certain points? Gamers do NOT stick around. You implemented a quit penalty rather then simply change the gametype requirements? Congrats. Get your cruible lead over here. He's got some explaining to do to anyone who watched a match go 4-0 and thought it was a good idea to let it go to 6-0. He'd probably say that it felt like that with play testing. Well guess what? What person likes losing and going further when clearly you stacked the opposing team? Name that one. Because you engineered it that way. Thirdly, if I lose a match with teammates? You will automatically put them on the FARTHEST AWAY POSSIBLE for search parameters. I left two matches of competitive because the same half intelligence retards were put in the exact same gametype with me against the same opponents. They won 4 matches because you won't split teams. Absolutely ridiculous. That is a permanent rule from now on. That's not to happen ever again. Do not put same bracket people back together. Ever again. I do not want them when winning is the ONLY FACTOR YOU PUT TO VALUE for a competitive gametype. This list is three total points with a lot of commentaries to tell you to shut up and start making solid game design in the future. Drawing from experience is only going to work so long before you get caught doing the stupid with others. As of right now, I am reverting back to what I did with my xbox accounts: Raids and PvE powerful gear activities only. You have not provided a single incentive for smart players to go in when you simply get gang rolled and watch previous wins go to 5 loss streaks because of crap teammates you keep putting with the search functions. You slow it down to a -blam!-ing crawl if you have to, but do not ever make this about any single gamer. It is your game enginer and you are expected to make that work for EVERYONE. Not your short sighted version you have right now.
