[/quote] ESO doesn't have matchmaking for Trials, only Veteran (basically Heroic) dungeons. People use ingame chat to look for a Trials group. WoW does have an activity finder, but no matchmaking for Raids at [i]normal[/i] difficulty. but at that "group finder" difficulty, the mechanics are extremely watered down, making it very easy to clear a raid within an hour. Otherwise, you'll have to pick a group up in game chat or join a guild for real, "normal" difficulty raids. Good examples though. Destiny needs an ingame chat box, or an ingame "Activity Finder"
