When I get a blue cape to drop, my cape will move to up 1 point to 357. 100% of my power engrams both last week and this week were head and chest. This is why progression is impossible in this game. You may remember me as the guy who rage spammed the forums here (and was banned) after the game gave me 17 arms in a row from 17 straight power engrams back during CoO. THAT IS NOT A TYPO. It was all 5 power engrams 3 weeks in a row, then the first two the fourth week. 17 in a row. Here we go again it seems....
