Petition to hold these "Pro" streamers & youtubers accountable if the next DLC sucks!
Bungie recently invited some content creators (that claim they are the leaders of the community) to their studios to play test and round table the next DLC.
These guys are getting the red carpet treatment to go and basically Bungie butt kiss for 2 days then come back and make a bunch of videos how the DLC is so great just to get the suckers (us) to buy it.
I say if the next DLC sucks and all of the talking heads say it is good we should boycott them by unsubscribing and disliking any future content they create.
Come on guys they told you it was great at launch, they told you that curse of osiris was going to be awesome and now they are trying to do it again. Don't be fooled a third time! Boycott these so called "pros" who have all lied to you before in Bungie's name!
This has nothing to do with changing the game for the better and everything to due with these streamers & youtubers getting a big ole fat check from Bungie!
Just ask yourself.. why didn't they invite Joker? The answer is simple.. He would come back and told us the truth. Bungie can't be having that!

1 返信Need to take anything and everything that's said with a huge dose of salt as the people attending Bungie will only play the DLC for a few hours whereas they expect the player base to play it until September. We learned from House of Wolves that what the content creators experience and get hyped about may have absolutely no longevity.

His vids are actually him playing & having fun doing it. Actual fun gameplay If you haven’t heard of him. Maybe check him out as he is not what you expect from these content creators

They're only going there to give feedback and act as the middle man between us and Bungie, because obviously Bungie doesn't know what we want.

1 返信The Next DLC will suck the only people that will play it are season pass owners. Their is no reason to improve something that people paid for. Not the streamers fault.

1 返信They hyped D2. They hyped Curse of Osiris. Shame on you if you believe a word any of them say. They are largely responsible for the mess that is D2. The King of Nerf Herders will be there so count on what works getting broken.

[/quote] By law, if any of the streamers get a check of any kind to promote a product, they have to reveal it as sponsored content. They will also be playing some of the upcoming changes for the updates, those could be changed I would guess. Most of these creators have already moved away from d2 content as a whole, primarily due to people not being interested in d2, so boycotting them would be interesting since there are not a lot of people watching them for d2 anyway.

I still can’t believe anyone cares about watching other people playing video games on the internet. I can understand looking up walkthroughs and guides if you’re stuck, but just watching someone else play? Who cares? Just play it yourself. I guess I’m officially old. I can now honestly say “I just don’t understand these kids today.”
