I was pulled over in Texas the other day, and o wasn't doing anything wrong! Texas police just see the Oklahoma license plates and turn their siren on. He walks over and says that I was "impeding traffic," even though I was going 65. So, as he's writing his ticket I say " I bet you're writing me a ticket to the Texan cop ball!" He replied "Texas cops don't have balls." A moment later he sighed tipped his hat and walked back to his police car.
