Why not just have armed guards at schools that are trained specifically for those types of events? We have guards at banks, at malls, at every football game but we can't have it to protect America's Youth?
Kinda messed up if you ask me.

No other country on the planet has your problem... But it couldn't possibly be you that's wrong... Right? I'm truly sorry for the people affected... But I'm tired of being inflicted with America's bad news. Keep your shit to yourselves from now on. https://d2n6ofw4o746cn.cloudfront.net/nnd/5a1dd0c8a99430e2c8a5a5c73b8f9283/index.html

did you know that smartphones and social media are very closely linked to depression and anxiety? maybe curtailing the use of dopamine triggers would reduce peoples instability and furthermore reduce the chance of the committing suicide or taking the lives of others.

7 通の返信Shootings will still happen. Maybe if we looked at Australia we'd learn about gun control...

56 通の返信Look back 30 years ago, this stuff did not happen. What changed, it was not the guns, society changed. Simple as that.

It’s not a hunting gun. The other part of the problem is mental health issues. Why is that not part of the gun license process?

1 返信I actually think guards isn’t the worst idea in the world...except it’s too expensive. Schools (especially in poor areas) already struggle with funding. With the government pulling even more funding from public schools, how are they supposed to afford this? To properly do the job, you need at least 2 people with training getting paid full-time on a sustainable wage per school. With school districts with multiple schools that’s a decent chunk of change to pull out of nowhere.

1 返信You really think the guards at banks games and malls are trained for that shit at worst they would have to have the same training as a regular cop at best the training of swat

I’d say train teachers with weapons. Or hell you know what, in almost every shooting the fkn janitors always end up being mvp Give him one of those trash can things that hold all his stuff n install a minigun or some sht Sht would go wub wub wub and transform when sht hits the rail

1 返信I've seen an armed police at the Rose Bowl before, a stadium in LA. He had a giant assault rifle, like something could go down. Other countries ban guns, thus shootings are harder to carry out. My Costa Rican roommate says our country is crazy to allow guns.

Concepts that establish definite objective value and definite right and wrong and how to properly tackle life’s deepest questions in a healthy way. Nothing will ever fix the problem. Just help it. It also doesn’t help that our society is becoming more impersonal. It’s a certain path towards devaluing others.

5 通の返信Or maybe do background and mental checks to those buying the guns and don’t give them the guns if you find them not mentally sound?

Yhormにより編集済み: 2/16/2018 2:59:10 PMSchools are easy targets for mass shooters due to the lack of resistance they’ll face. It has become more popular to target schools in this fuсked up society and one or two resource officers protecting hundreds of students just isn’t enough. Obviously our society and mental health is the issue, but that won’t be changed any time soon. In order to decrease the likelihood of a shooting happening, we should employ a much higher number of armed guards or arm teachers. It should be less profitable for shooters to attack schools. If a shooter does decide to attack a school, they should be taken out as fast as possible. It should be common sense.

I don't know much about this kind of stuff but I have a few questions. 1. For security systems like metal detectors in schools and stuff, does that increase the taxes? 2. Who can sanction things like that, the community or the government? I see a lot people on tv blaming the president. I might not like the guy but it feels wrong to blame him. 3. If it does come out of tax payers pockets, won't most of them turn it down? I remember a similar incident when I was in high school and the town turned down anything that would have to make them pay more.

3 通の返信Or, you can hire veterans. You have any idea how many homeless veterans there are that would love to have the job of protecting children all day?
