seriously how did she of all people escape a full blown invasion of the tower when they where firing down caballs right next to her shop? my only guess is banshee was able to give her covering fire from his nearby shop as she ran away with a handful of bright engrams, making sure to trip up fabulous fabric lady as she made her way to the evacuation zone
-
full story: she uses paywalls to block the cabal from shooting, when they pay her for better guns, she uses that money to create an invisible flying paywall jet, when a bullet hits her ship, it needs to pay money to do damage, but that gun was from tess, who sold it to the cabal with guns blocked by paywalls, and because thy are poor af mind blown

She doesn’t show up on the farm until after ‘our’ Guardian regains their light which leads me to believe that she didn’t escape, she was let go. I head cannon her getting captured by the Cabal and passed around like the town bike, once they’ve all had a go, they let her go since they realize that giving her back to the Vanguard is worst punishment we’ll all ever face.
-
I'd rather the Fabric sheila survived over Tess. Her shading system was way superior to this shader crap we have now.
-
Escaped? She was given safe passage by the cabal. She has been inserted by the enemy into the tower to undermine moral and whittle away at the ranks of the guardians.
-
very simple.. she was in on the invasion with the red legion. She syphons the funds we pay for the goods and she continues to provide it to the Red Legion.. quite frankly, she is a busniess woman and not out to take sides. War is good for business so she perpetuates it.
-
Fenchurch is Callus, that's how. Tess is a double agent in the tower who is there to siphon funds away from guardians and straight to Callus.
-
All of our gear was destroyed, but somehow she is still fully stocked? Obviously the entire Red War was an inside job. Tess no doubt gave them access to the city's defense grid, and then quietly slipped away while the vanguard ran around with their thumbs up their butts. It was clearly all so that she could sell more useless cosmetics to the poor, deprived guardians.
-
Ahhh, would love to see Banshee pull out some Gatling Gun (bring machine guns back!), say some gnarly quote in his gravelly voice, and now down about 50 Cabal...even if it was just to save Tess... “Thanks Banshee...” “What was your name again? Wait...where’d my shop go?”
-
She was forewarned by Ghaul in exchange for sabotaging the Guardians at the tower (Also explains why our powers were slower to charge at the start of the game and we only had access to 1 subclass and dual primary system. As opposed to having our full arsenal and powers, she designed the parade armours specifically to do this)

DarthUriah84により編集済み: 2/9/2018 6:53:39 PMIs there an explanation of why we land on a low flat part of the wall around the Last City called the Tower? Because when you land at the "Tower" you can see the actual Tower from D1 being rebuilt a few miles away.
-
Well, I always just assumed she evacuated with the rest of the civilians. Considering she, Banshee, and Rahool all survived, the damage to the Tower's Plaza probably happened later in the attack than the initial strike. When you're running through Homecoming the devastation on the outward-facing part of the Tower is pretty obvious, but the further you go in the less damage you see. There's probably a reason that the Tower didn't totally collapse after the multiple barrages it absorbed- it seems to be built into the City's wall. So, Tess probably just scattered after the initial barrage. Same with a fair amount of the civilians in the Tower. The thing about her picking up a weapon is probably just a boast.

CheshireGrin92により編集済み: 2/9/2018 8:50:21 AMIf I’d had to guess she probably escaped early on. Maybe Guardians provides cover fire for her to escape.

She was captured. The red legion passed her around, she managed to eventually escape when we destroyed Gary and his red legion
-
All criminals have great escape routes. She has ties with the enemy. I'm still wondering why the speaker was at the tower when it was being rebuilt. But he died.. ..

Bribed the cabal. Turns out they are about as smart as your average destiny player. Easily manipulated by shinny things.
