It sounded like you didn't have the Prospector already so I don't see why you're trying to report this?
Unless you're suggesting that the Fated Engram pulls from the pool of Exotics you don't own but excludes anything Xur is selling that week. That would be considered feedback for the live team to consider, but not something to 'report'.

The fated engrams drops someone you don't have, it is instead to completed your exotic collection, If xur is selling someone you don't have you buy that first then the fated engram If you open a gates and get what xur is selling that is your own fault for not buying the item xur had first
