Before crucible penalties come in to play, there needs to be separate matchmaking for players in fire teams and players running solo. It's not fair of me to get stuck in a game against a squad with a plan when I can't even talk to my teammates, and for me to get penalized because I don't want to spend ten minutes getting demolished is ridiculous. Solo players should play other solo players, groups of fire teams should play other groups of fire teams.
