So i bought lumianous engrams and opened them and got given several items including a exotic ghost said they had gone to my post master when i went there nothing was in my post master i have lost ALOT of stuff from my luminous engrams sort this out before i quit the game for good

The postmaster is not a storage facility. It holds 20 items max and if you keep putting things into it, the other items get pushed out. It is just a safety net - go get your items right away - don't sit there opening more and more things and hope you don't lose them.
