They are probably working...... but a 50% increase to a very minimal chance (example 1%) is very tiny. With 3oC it's now 1.5%............... that's just a massive lol. The "increase" was so tiny, everyone thought it was broken. People that played Destiny 1, were expecting Destiny 1's 3oC since Bungie said 3oC is returning.... What else would people think?...... Would have been nice if they specified that the 3oC that used to guarantee an Exotic after about 5-8 coin uses, was nerfed down to no guarantee with just a 50% increase. Feel bad for those that grinded for exotics just to report 3oC broken......
